So...I would take a warm (not hot) bath in oatmeal. Sounds weird I know but it's the same home remedy they recommened for poisen ivy and chicken pox. You can also try unscented loation..I would try something very plain/basic as scents/add in's/etc can irritate the skin futher. Stay cool and wear comfy cotton clothes. Hope that helps!
